Strategy
Your Responsibilities:
Leverage your expertise in region-specific sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to craft strategic plans for event vehicle usage.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams from our client’s company to foster an integrated network across various departments.
Oversee event vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization in target markets and audiences.
Maintain open communication with regional and national stakeholders to align event vehicle strategy and best practices.
Activation Management
Coordinate event vehicle activation schedules based on regional strategic priorities and consumer focus.
Take charge of end-to-end logistics for operating the event vehicle, including driving, staging, setup/tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, and onboard equipment operation.
Embrace your role as a public-facing brand ambassador, responding to consumer inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
Provide event organizers with comprehensive briefs on vehicle capabilities and innovative event support ideas.
Secure necessary permits for events.
Vehicle Maintenance
Manage all aspects of vehicle upkeep to ensure reliability and operational safety, including regular maintenance and annual servicing.
Uphold the brand's appearance by maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
Conduct routine checks on the onboard entertainment system to preserve the longevity of client-owned assets.
Administrative Responsibilities
Organize and present regional program plans for collaborative review and discussion.
Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders.
Showcase your deep understanding of consumer experience, event vehicle programs, and brand knowledge.
Cultivate a network of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, and more.
Skillfully manage monthly and annual activation budgets, ensuring timely expense reporting.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Passion for sports, gaming, and culture marketing.
Self-assured, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver.
Exceptional organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Adaptable in both proactive and reactive scenarios, navigating fluid situations seamlessly.
Upholds a personal brand characterized by integrity and professionalism.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster relationships within a marketing organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with familiarity with communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
Potential interest in brand heritage sports (moto, skate, surf, wake, etc.) and a constant curiosity for new opportunities.
Potential background or interest in local music and arts culture, or experience as an emcee or DJ.

Salary: $ 52,000.00 Per Year
