As a Media Planning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing media strategies to help our diverse range of clients thrive.

Responsibilities
Team Management:
Guide and support the Assistant Media Planner by ensuring they have the necessary resources and clear timelines for projects.
Budget And Planning
Collaborate with the Assistant Media Planner to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget and billing documentation.
Review competitive reports and maintain up-to-date flowcharts.
Media Strategy
Develop target analysis and create metrics for media plans (R/F, CPM, Costing, etc.).
Collaborate with the Media Planning Director, account teams, and clients to review media plans and recommendations.
Media Planning And Execution
Devise and implement media plans for both Traditional (TV, Radio, OOH, etc.) and digital campaigns for assigned brands.
Maintain meticulous documentation and oversee plan revisions.
Contribute to the creation of media briefs, RFPs, and recommendations.
Assist in formulating buying strategies to maximize media impact and value.
Provide digital specifications to creative teams based on client needs.
Craft POVs and assess emerging technologies and opportunities.
Client And Internal Relationships
Support day-to-day client interactions and manage client expectations.
Collaborate with various teams to enhance performance and resolve issues.
Participate in client and vendor meetings when required.
Foster positive relationships internally and externally while setting an example for junior staff.
Strategic Thinking & Leadership
Collaborate with management to develop effective media plans and buying strategies.
Share insights and opportunities with the team or clients.
Strategize optimal allocation of resources to benefit clients.
Address challenges systematically and proactively.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of media planning experience, including 1 year focused on digital media.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
Advanced Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Familiarity with media tools such as Vivvex, Telmar, MRISimmons, etc.
Strong Organizational Skills And Time Management Abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish a persuasive and professional communication style.
Additional Information
Flexible work arrangement: Onsite presence in Minneapolis Monday-Thursday, with remote work options.
