Responsibilities
Facilitate seamless escrow transactions by carefully packaging and sending paperwork to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, ensuring everyone is well-informed throughout the process.
Proactively initiate and handle title orders, while efficiently obtaining legal and vesting documentation, sending essential paperwork to title for review and validation.
Skillfully manage the ordering and follow-up process for payoff demands, homeowner's association demands, and other title liens, ensuring all necessary information is acquired promptly.
