Responsibilities
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Legal, Process Improvement, Finance, and senior management to understand their data analysis needs and report requirements.
Engage with external customers, including external agencies, to gather valuable insights and ensure their needs are met.
Utilize your strong analytical skills to perform in-depth data analysis and interpretation, enabling evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
Efficiently complete functional requirement forms and maintain accurate documentation to streamline the data analysis process.
Leverage advanced tools and techniques to manipulate, clean, and transform data for meaningful analysis.
Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of data analysis solutions and optimize data workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your data analysis skills and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, demonstrating a strong ability to work with complex datasets and perform data analysis.
Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
