What You'll Do
As the Operations Coordinator/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ABF's executive office, governance, and operational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations
Support and coordinate the annual budget and track expenses
Maintain performance metrics and drive ABF to meet its ROI goals
Manage office logistics, IT requests, and inventory
Governance
Coordinate meeting notices and materials for the Board of Directors and committees
Record meeting minutes and maintain relevant records
Assist with Board member recruitment and orientation
Executive Office
Schedule meetings and handle correspondence for the Executive Director and managers
Assist with research for executive-level reports and presentations
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in office management, event/meeting management, financial management, or executive support (preferably in a nonprofit setting)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills
Exceptional customer service, communication (both verbal and written), and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A commitment to handling confidential information with care
