JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Interested in working for Penn State Athletics? Join our team at the Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Operations Office! We are currently seeking individuals to assist with day-to-day duties including processing ticket transactions, providing in-person customer service to fans, and assisting with game-day ticketing at sports such as Football, Wrestling, Hockey, and Basketball. Excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in sports to assist patrons are needed. Flexible daytime hours Mon-Fri 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours are also required.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
