Job Description

Sales Recruiting University is a 60 person sales recruiting service and coaching company serving sales organizations all over the country. This high ticket sales position entails 60 days of training pay, getting 15-30 new lead opportunities every single week, closing 12-15K recruiting packages via zoom, and being part of a very awesome company culture that all our team members love. It is a fairly technical/consultative sales position with a wide variety of businesses and prospects which requires a highly skilled sales professional/closer.

Responsibilities


  • Manage CRM properly to ensure you maximize opportunities
  • Quota: 2 sales weekly/8 sales monthly (post ramp-up)
  • Selling services for up to $12-15K via zoom calls
  • Participate in all required company and sales team meetings
  • Take 15-30 new lead opportunities per week
