Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
Having a great customer service team is the key to our ReadyRefresh business's success. We're looking for team members who are passionate about healthy hydration and take pride in providing world-class customer service.

Training Schedule Required: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm Eastern Standard Time the first three weeks of employment
Schedule:
Minimum required of 20 hours per week
Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday
Pay: $14.09 / hour
Monthly bonus opportunity!
What you’ll do daily:
Respond to high volume incoming calls from existing residential and commercial clients
Handle difficult customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Correctly enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system according to the customer's needs and/or concerns
Communicate company policies and provide creative approaches to resolve customer issues such as billing errors or service opportunities
Utilize decision-making and problem solving capabilities to take immediate action on all calls
Achieve monthly sales/product education goals
Use negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and take immediate action to retain customers Qualifications
Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshooting remote workstation (i.e. computer, phone, modem, router, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED
• Designated space in residence for installation of home agent work station
• Must have required minimum internet speed and connection to operate successfully in position
• Minimum of two years previous customer service and/or call center experience
