THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an operations rockstar with the spirit of a warrior. Your heart shines through in everything you do from client onboarding and project management to researching and learning new technology. You develop, implement, and streamline processes, while also being the main point of contact for the team and clients. You have tenacious focus, you cross all your t’s, and never let anyone get away with an undotted i.

It’s important you’re grounded, positive, patient, personable - all the P words. Our clients need to feel confident in sharing their sensitive financial information with us, and you will be creating trust with them regularly. Lastly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, to enjoy this position as more than just a job, you’re a vital, valued, creative part of our team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• ADP
• Experience with basic QBO functionality, or a willingness/desire to learn
• Bonus points for:
• ClickUp or other project management software
• Experience tracking new client leads through first touch, proposal, and onboarding
• Updating annual client service contracts and service renewal agreements
• Coordinating, editing, and publishing blog posts
• Google Suite
• An affinity for learning and researching new software (think CRMs, website development, project management tools, etc.)
• 5 years experience in client service and communication, as well as team and project management; professional services firm experience preferred
• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• Experience with the following technology:
• A deep love and appreciation for developing, implementing, managing and streamlining processes
• High attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Slack
• Apple macOS

Compensation, benefits and work environment:

• 15 hours per week to start with the ability to grow to 30 hours per week as Apricus grows
• $25-30/hour
• 100% virtual, flexible hours
• Company-issued Mac laptop
