Eternal Ventures is looking for a HUNGRY, "hunter" type of sales representative to not only educate our customers and leads in our AMAZING Product Suite but also to convert their needs into sales! We are looking for an individual who LOVESconsultative sales and is excited to sell high-ticket, done-with-you workshops, and other aspects of our incredible product suite! As our High Ticket Sales, Closing Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Total Company Sales: this position is a pivotal part of the Eternal Ventures team in making sure the company hits its day-to-day sales goals.
  • Day-to-day Sales: this position will be making sales day in and day out. It is our organizational goal for the company to not have to rely on events to make a majority of sales!
  • Tracking & Reporting: you will be responsible for tracking and reporting within our company sales tools. These will need to be prompt reporting to ensure we are up to date and all prospects are followed up with!
  • Event Sales: Follow through on the sales strategy that is put in place at any company event!

Success in this role looks like this:

  • Total SalesWithin the first 30 days, you should be able to close at least 5 high-ticket sales.

Within 60 days, you should be able to close at least 10 high-ticket sales
Within 90 days, you should be able to close a minimum of 20 high-ticket sales per month.

  • Pipeline & Opportunities CreateSuccessfully self-generating a minimum of 15-20 Strategy calls per week

Successfully tracking sales in our programs and software and ensuring follow-up is occurring and new opportunities are being created each week.

  • Conversion RateSuccessfully maintain a conversion rate of 20-30% of all Strategy Calls into one of our Products by 90 Days of Employment.

The Whole Package:

  • This is a remote position, with a 10% travel expectation to company events.

A Closing Agent that is MEETING goals can expect their total compensation to be between $110,000-$160,000 within their FIRST YEAR!
