About the job: Partnerships Manager

• We are disrupting the FinTech and PropTech sectors by helping non-US residents invest in US properties digitally. We are streamlining heavy manual processes such as underwriting, banking, mortgages, closing and asset management into one, simple-to-use place.
• At the same time we partner with Realtors, Property Managers, Mortgage Brokers and turn key providers to assist them to secure more transactions in a frictionless, transparent and to generate higher volume of deals, largest transactions in a shorter period of time.

• This requires a strong background in the residential real estate industry, with experience from tech-enabled realty firms, large brokerage firms, or tech companies selling to the real estate industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in order to assure the best possible experience for everyone involved.
• As our first Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners of our growth and success as a company: the realtors and property managers that handle and provide for our users.

• Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and approaches into the partnership program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive the success of the partnership program
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and property managers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive growth and success for the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with experience from tech-enabled realty firms, large brokerage firms, or tech companies selling to the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• A desire to build something new, work in a collaborative environment, and willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with partnership programs and relationship management, including building and managing a pipeline from the ground up
• Realtor license - a plus
• Proficiency in languages other than English - advantage
