Partnerships Associate Jobs

booni doon is at the forefront of scientifically developed, zero-waste skincare. We're looking for a creative, self-starter to join our team as a part-time Partnerships Associate.

This position will be around 20 hours/per week, paid hourly. Our team is based in New York City, but we will consider remote opportunities for qualified applicants.

As our Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for establishing new wholesale relationships and expanding our network of retail partnerships. You will be responsible for outreach, building relationships, and helping drive growth for our brand.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop marketing collateral for partnerships, including line sheets and product-related materials
• Identify and reach out to potential wholesale retail partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships align with company objectives and customer demographics
• Maintain a deep understanding of booni doon's product offerings and brand values
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the skincare industry
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing partners
• Keep track of all responses and feedback and follow-up accordingly

About You:

• Passion for sustainability and clean beauty
• Experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Embody our core values of Transparency, Inclusivity, Intellectual Curiosity, and Kindness
• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Shopify preferred
• Ability to work independently, be resourceful, meet deadlines, and most importantly possess strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of building successful partnerships
