About The Team

The DoorDash Enterprise Convenience team sits on the New Verticals Enterprise Team and manages the strategic vision, acquisition, management, and development of convenience partnerships in the United States. Given the scale of our convenience portfolio, this team is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.

About The Role

The Enterprise Grocery Partnerships Manager will own a merchant portfolio driving the adoption and development of partners across the DoorDash platform. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and in-office.

• Develop long-term business plans alongside our partners for their omnichannel customer strategies
• Work cross-functionally with our Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to drive efficiencies via the creation and optimization of scalable internal processes

Qualifications:

• You are a problem solver at your core, with a strong bias for action
• You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
• You’re comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
• You have 6+ years of experience in business development, strategy & operations, partnership management, account management, management consulting, business strategy, and/or investment banking
• You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
• You are passionate about using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities. Proficient with SQL
• You have a bachelor’s degree, MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• You like rolling up your sleeves just as much as you like the big picture/thinking big

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

California Pay Range:

$121,200—$193,200 USD

Colorado Pay Range:

$121,200—$174,000 USD

New Jersey Pay Range:

$121,200—$164,400 USD

New York Pay Range:

$121,200—$193,200 USD

Washington Pay Range:

$121,200—$183,600 USD
