Decorum Recruiting is working with a respected leader in the foundation repair industry with extensive experience serving the residents of Texas. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our San Antonio office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality services for our valued customers!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is performed to our company's high standards for quality and safety.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee daily operations and production at the San Antonio branch.
• Manage a team of 5 office staff and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Collaborate with other company branches and departments to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution.
• Adept at managing and directing the work of others, including office staff and subcontractors.
• At least 2-3 years of management experience in the construction, home services or related industry.
