We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Facilitator (a.k.a. Office Operations Manager) to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day office operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing office policies, coordinating administrative activities, and managing resources effectively.


This role involves handling office budgeting, maintaining effective communication systems, and collaborating with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives. As a leader, you will also supervise and provide guidance to office support staff, fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to assess and prioritize areas of the business that require clean-up or process improvement, ensuring that tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies to streamline operations.


Duties


  • Implementing and maintaining effective communication systems within the office.
  • Ensuring efficient use of office resources and supplies, managing inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and facilities management, including equipment, supplies, and office space.
  • Developing and implementing office policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handling office budgeting and expense management, tracking expenditures and cost control.
  • Managing and coordinating administrative activities, such as record-keeping, filing, and document management.
  • Overseeing and managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Leading and supervising office support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
