Operations Finance Director Jobs

A large background check company is looking for an Operations Analytics Director to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

· Partner with FP&A on capacity planning, operations budgeting and forecasting processes

· Provide analytical support and enhance operation’s reporting models to provide actionable insight

· Work with complex systems to extract meaningful data to improve margin and cost visibility

· Identify issues impacting margins and drive root cause resolution through data analysis

· Partner with systems teams to improve reporting capabilities and enable relevant data capture in source systems

· Gather data and build robust processes for analyzing results and identifying variations against expectations

· Monitor KPIs and other business indicators to identify trends and issues

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the organization.

· Provide analytical support to senior management on high priority strategic initiatives, including crafting thoughtful presentations that summarize key insights and takeaways

Qualifications:

· 7+ years in business partnership roles for finance and data analytics teams

· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics and related fields

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerQuery modeling and advanced financial modeling experience required

· Advanced financial modeling skills strongly preferred

· Experience with PowerBI and Power queries strongly preferred

· Experience with NetSuite and Concur ERP platforms is a plus
