Job Summary: As the Blockchain Finance Director at the CEIF, you will play a pivotal role in leading both our financial operations and our efforts to communicate the investment value of our token to investors and stakeholders. This position combines traditional finance leadership with a deep understanding of tokenomics and blockchain technology.

Compensation arrangement for this role: Our compensation structure is closely tied to our fundraising activities, scheduled to occur between September and December 2023. Any contributions made during this period will be acknowledged through token and/or shareholder equity. The annual salary for this position falls within the range of $185,000 to $200,000.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Tokenomics Integration:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and integrates the unique dynamics of our tokenomics.

2. Investor Relations and Token Value Communication:

• Craft compelling narratives that explain how our tokenomics contribute to the token's long-term growth and value.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across financial and marketing communications.
• Communicate the investment value of our token to investors and stakeholders, highlighting its utility, potential, and benefits.

3. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Create and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and projections, taking into account the impact of our token economics on the company's financial performance.

4. Token Distribution and Capital Management:

• Oversee the management of token distribution mechanisms, ensuring alignment with the company's capital structure and funding needs.

5. Risk Management and Market Insights:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with both traditional financial operations and tokenomics strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and changes in the blockchain and crypto space to provide insights that inform financial and token-related decisions.

6. Financial Reporting and Token Metrics:

• Prepare accurate and transparent financial reports, statements, and token-related metrics that provide a comprehensive view of our financial health and token performance.

7. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and legal, to ensure consistent messaging and aligned strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to both the finance and tokenomics teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, blockchain technology and the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on economics.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record of aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
