Finance Operations Analyst Jobs

Auxilius, a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B tech startup dedicated to helping innovative Biotechs bring life-saving drugs to market cost-effectively, is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to be a key member of our team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will collaborate with cross-functional teams. This person will play an integral part in the organization’s day-to-day product operations responsibilities.

We’ll count on you to…

• Confirm compliance with customer controls in using the Auxilius product
• Design and oversee the technical configuration of Auxilius’ accounting product for biotechs
• Assist with timely and successful customer onboarding, enablement, and training in collaboration with Customer Success Managers to help customers realize the business value of offerings
• Generate ad – hoc financial reports, perform general ledger account analysis and technical accounting research as needed to inform product development
• Provide technical finance and accounting support to our clients
• Perform QA/QC audits and data analysis of biotech clients’ financials in product

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• A sense of humor!
• Interest or experience working with healthcare customers
• Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience or internship experience in Accounting, Finance, or Investment Banking
• Attention to detail!
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, finance, and/or accounting
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
