Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of finance experience including leadership.
• Healthcare or Call Center experience.

Nice-To-Haves

• CPA is preferred.

• Scope of responsibilities include management accounting, financial reporting, and accounts receivable.As well as close coordination with Access Point’s parent company in areas of tax, treasury, accounts payable, financial reporting, and audit
• Directs annual target setting process and execution of current year budget.
• Responsible for producing standard and consistent accounting and finance support including monthly / quarterly / annual closing, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and financial analysis & reporting
• Develops and enhances financial analytics, including variance analysis explanations; partnering with operations to address opportunity areas.
• Oversees preparation and distribution of operating reports and reviews.
• Manages personnel within the department, plans and organizes work and monitors controls to evaluate the department's performance.
• The Director of Finance will report directly to the SVP and will be responsible for leading Access Point’s finance and accounting operation
• Updates annual proforma templates and supports others to complete throughout the year.
• Analyze monthly activity against prior month, prior year, forecast, budget and other measures.
