Marketing Manager - Online

Respponsibilities::

Own projects within our editorial intake process, collaborating across Social, Comms, Product and Marketing teams on timing and messaging that fits channel narratives and guardrails..

Own vertical video development and design templates

Own internal casting and recruiting for vertical video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) and other content

Support partnerships and content development process with influencers and creators

Develop reporting and metrics to spotlight key brand moments.

Distribute reporting to strengthen awareness of social programming, milestones, company events, and internal and external campaigns.

Be the key point of contact for our social analytics partners and manage communications with these partners

Stay informed on competitor trends, and the latest updates to key social media channels to suggest enhancements to our existing programming, and to adapt social strategy.

Partner closely with our Salesforce colleagues to collaborate on social media activations at events like Dreamforce, and throughout the year on various campaigns

Solidify protocol that ensures all social content meets accessibility compliance.

What you should have:

Experience: 2-3 years experience in social media marketing: agency or in-house enterprise software/technology communications preferred

Passion for for making people's work lives simpler, more pleasant and productive

Ability to articulate Slack’s value proposition

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and external agencies

Ability to strategically and creatively think in a fast-paced environment

Passion for continuing to redefine what a creative approach to social for an enterprise software product can look like

Competency in graphic design, or design and video editing tools preferred

A self-starter, able to initiate and run with projects

Values authenticity, a growth mindset, creativity and playfulness
