In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the customers, helping as they navigate our site for diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry, and assisting them throughout the sales process. This a fully remote work-from-home position with varying schedules available.

Responsibilities:

• Comfortable with customer communication via chat and email
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, including processing orders and payments, coordinating shipping and delivery, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate and help customers find the perfect diamond, engagement ring, or fine jewelry, by providing product information, answering questions, and offering recommendations

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about helping people make a great purchase
• Experienced in jewelry customer service and sales
• Strong jewelry or other luxury product sales experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
• Available to work varying schedules (30+ hours per week)
• GIA Graduate Gemologist Diploma or similar education required
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology
• Excellent English written communication
• Provide feedback to improve systems and elevate the customer experience
• Strong home internet connect and device
• Experienced closer using a friendly, outgoing, professional approach
