RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete all tasks assigned by the Training Lead or OCM Lead, in a timely manner
• In collaboration with the Training Lead and Project Team establishes the training schedule & work plan to support overall project deliverables and ensure maximum user adoption
• Assist in the management, development, and coordination of activities to support the User Adoption Platform
• In partnership with Project Leadership and business stakeholders, identify and secure Trainers as required; develop and execute a “train the trainer” approach by providing Trainers with the ability to effectively train others
• Will work directly with the Training Lead, Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead, and Communication Team,
• Communicate training status to appropriate Project members, and escalates risks / mitigation plans as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• INFOR is ideal and must haveMS office skills (including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
• The ideal consultant will have 5 plus years experience designing, leading, executing training on large systems, process and people change projects, preferably ERP projects.
• Must have a proven track record that illustrates your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate within a highly complex change environment and fast-paced project timeline
• Experience with collaborating with global stakeholders and C-level executives
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Must have strong Project Management Principles
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field
• Change management certification preferred (Prosci certification preferred)
• Must have hands onexperience with online learning management system (LMS) platforms; knowledge of Absorb LMS Platform a plus)
