Online Fulfillment Specialist - Remote

A day in the life of the Online Fulfillment Specialist at Fox may include:

• Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect. Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively foster a culture of engagement.
• Providing fulfillment of online travel reservations for domestic, trans-border and international itineraries.
• Striving for continual improvement through training and constructive feedback.
• Performing in a team environment.
• Using the internet effectively to service client needs.
• Ensuring optimum customer service through effective use of computer systems and positive telephone techniques.
• Consistent application of Fox World Travel practices and programs.
• Meeting & striving to exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of security requirements, documentary requirements, and destination geography.
• Other duties, projects and alternate assignments as determined by business need.
• Acting as a role model to reinforce superior customer service and professionalism.
• Working under pressure and effectively multi-tasking while maintaining professional rapport with clients.
• Maintaining excellent client relations.
• Maintaining high level of competency on Travelport GDS.
• Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
• Working flexible hours/shifts as determined by business need.
• Relating to clients at various levels within their organizations using diplomacy and tact.
• Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Providing specialized services to VIP clients.
• Anticipating client needs and acting on special requests.
• Assisting team members with research and resolution of service issues.
• Identifying and suggesting Fox World Travel process enhancements.
• Maintaining awareness and adherence to our client’s procedures, programs & policy guidelines.
• Assisting in transitioning new team members.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of airline practices, programs & operations, as well as vendor loyalty programs.

• Knowledge of industry codes and practices.
• GDS proficiency, Travelport preferred.
