Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek avenues for improvement, contributing to the shaping of the company's strategic direction.
  • Design and implement strategic programs across processes, products, and personnel to drive key performance metrics and enhance merchant satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee the full functionality and seamless performance of the ordering site prior to launch.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and achieve immediate results in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Create effective training materials to empower merchant staff with a clear understanding of the Bbot platform, encouraging adoption and utilization.
  • Deliver hands-on training to merchant staff, equipping them with the skills to effectively utilize the Bbot platform for optimal results.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for merchant onboarding, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience that exceeds merchant expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for refining existing merchant workflows, driving increased platform adoption and revenue generation.
  • Provide outstanding customer support, both internally and externally, ensuring merchant needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Utilize cross-functional collaboration to develop and drive successful business opportunities, champion process enhancements, and facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to create a cohesive and exceptional merchant experience.
  • Cultivate expertise in the Bbot platform and its associated integrations, becoming the go-to resource for product knowledge and technical insights.
