Product Designer – Merchant Experience Jobs

Translate user needs and product requirements into conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks.

3+ years of experience in UX design for e-commerce websites and experience in working on Cart & Checkout

Expert knowledge of Figma and other prototyping tools.

Experience in global feature rollout or managing multiple brands at the same time is a preferred.

Clear understanding of WCAG 2.1 requirements and industry best practices around accessibility/inclusive design is a plus.

Collaborate seamlessly with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to create a cohesive and exceptional merchant experience.

Develop and execute comprehensive plans for merchant onboarding, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience that exceeds merchant expectations.

Cultivate expertise in the Bbot platform and its associated integrations, becoming the go-to resource for product knowledge and technical insights.

Deliver hands-on training to merchant staff, equipping them with the skills to effectively utilize the Bbot platform for optimal results.

Design and implement strategic programs across processes, products, and personnel to drive key performance metrics and enhance merchant satisfaction.

Create effective training materials to empower merchant staff with a clear understanding of the Bbot platform, encouraging adoption and utilization.

2+ years of industry experience designing digital products especially for web—experience on internal tools, developer tools, or enterprise preferred

Experience using Figma and staying up-to-date on the latest features preferred

Curiosity, user empathy, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a growth mindset

Design and enhance internal developer tools and workflows that typically span multiple surfaces

Employ end-to-end design process, collaborating with engineers and PMs/TPMs

Utilize a holistic systems mindset and use design systems to ensure proper standards and quality

2+ years of experience in retail merchandising, retail planning, product management, retail buying, or other applicable experience

Portland/Remote - Reports to Product Merchant Manager

Participate in product strategy creation and development of assortment for retail and consumer channels

Help research and gather marketplace information using a combination of industry and company data coupled with retailer and consumer feedback

Partner and build relationships with cross-functional teams – product creation, merchandising, and consumer insights, marketing, sales and tech

Partner with the sales team to show future season products and provide feedback to the product team

Design digital experiences for web and mobile apps

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers

Propose, ship, and test ideas that improve Zillow customer experiences

Deliver high-quality work on time and develop skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

3–5 years as a product designer, user experience designer, or similar role

Design high-fidelity interfaces that convey the visual personality- user experience- and overall art direction of our digital experiences

Lead consumer and market research to experiment against and optimize our digital experiences and innovations

Passionate about creating clear- modern- and intuitive experiences

You possess aesthetic sense and visual design skills with proficiency in typography- desktop and mobile UI- color- and iconography

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work with your team to define problems- set and document initiatives- and facilitate discovery and ideation workshops

Design digital experiences for web and mobile apps

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers

Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager.
