Job Description

Responsibilities:


• Management of Day Porter Supervisors

• Interact directly with clients to ensure they are satisfied completely with our services

• Perform QA walkthroughs at all accounts every 30 days

• Monitor and direct work orders

• Work directly with operations managers to ensure work orders completed and high level of quality is always maintained

• Monitor job budgets to ensure profitability and labor to sale are correct


Requirements:


Education

• College Degree Preferred


Experience

• 2- 3 years of experience in a related role

• Previous experience in customer relations or property management is preferred.


Competencies and Success Factors

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members to accomplish common goals.

• Strong communication skills with all levels of employees.

• Ability to execute specific action plans.
