Job Description
Overview:
Help introduce new team members to the Central Health Enterprise through the coordination and facilitation of the new hire onboarding process and New Employee Orientation. Contribute to departmental success by acting as the main point of contact for the Human Resources Department to provide support to internal and external customers with the highest level of customer service, supporting departmental goals, policies, and procedures, and participating in identified programs and initiatives.

This position is considered Hybrid, which means that individuals in this position may work both at an approved Offsite location and Onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on Business Needs.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resources and company information and data, as well as ensures adherence and compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and internal controls specific to the role.
  • Performs any other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization.
  • Responsible for the on-boarding and internal transfer process from acceptance of offer to New Employee Orientation, including pre-employment and onboarding tasks.
  • Analyze job duties, processes, tools, and resources to identify barriers and recommend potential solutions.
  • Retrieve, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages as needed and/or directed.
  • Manage the identification badge process for employees, contractors, students, and visitors ensuring accuracy in all information on issued badges.
  • Participates in department meetings and continuing education opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the HR Department for general phone, e-mail, and fax inquiries, and in a timely manner accurately resolve or escalate inquiries as appropriate.
  • Ability to work assigned hours, and occasionally outside assigned working hours as needed.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be an active participant in initiatives that have fundamental impact on the organization.
  • Facilitates of New Employee Orientation for assigned organization(s).
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all candidates and employees by responding to customers in a timely manner with accurate information and resolution.
  • Completes, verifies, and maintains I-9 documentation for team members.
  • Effectively utilize HR shared services and centers of excellence team members to deliver required expertise, resources, and services to address team member’s needs in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits, leave administration, compensation, workforce development, and employee transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Human Resources in all matters and transactions.
  • Models, promotes, and performs all duties in an ethical manner consistent with the overall mission and values of the enterprise and the organizations served

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: One (1) year work experience in human resources, administrative, or support role.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years’ work experience in a human resources role.
