Description: Office Cleaning Custodian - with Bonus & Benefit

Work days - Monday - Wednesday - Friday

Shift Options: Ability to work two hours each scheduled work shift

Location: Lehigh Acres, FL

Overview:

• Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks or disinfection to maintain building lobbies, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas of the building facility.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Spray down surfaces with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces.

• Polishes and cleans fixtures in offices and bathrooms.

• Wet mops and Vacuums.

• Dust and cleans fixtures, tops or windows, door frames, high touch points

• Removes waste from work area and places waste in specified bags or containers.

• Cleans and disinfects all fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls of bathrooms.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to be on-time consistently

• Willingness to learn

Qualifications :

• Must be trustworthy to work alone and in office buildings

• Must have a car

• Must pass a drug test for MDMA (Molly), cocaine and crystal methamphetamine

Past Experience:

• Janitorial or any other prior cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred)
