Modernizing Medicine is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to lead experience strategy, project prioritization, roadmap creation and requirements definition for our master data and demand gen business processes, as part of our Business Technology Team.

The Role

• Work with business leaders and collaborators to define needs and requirements for internal facing applications to optimize customer and employee experiences across your assigned areas of the business
• Develop strong relationships with the business, stakeholders and team members to build trust and accelerate results
• Gathering the collective wisdom from business and technology collaborators and present and translate back a vision and plan to achieve the future digital experience goals
• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales operations teams and leadership in developing the digital strategy and ongoing plan around lead generation and conversion to opportunities .
• Collaborate with fellow Business Technology Managers and our Business Technology team to execute on the roadmaps you will build based on impact and priority of deliverables
• Leadership and collaboration on Organizational Change Readiness activities in conjunction with the Project Management Office (PMO) for your assigned projects
• Manage feature and requirement backlog intake and prioritization to create delivery roadmaps while managing expectations with business partners
• Lead the business technology strategy, project prioritization, roadmap creation and requirements definition for our post-sale customer journey, as part of our Digitally Optimized Journey and Operations
• Establishing KPIs and measurable business benefits and ensure proper tracking and reporting to measure project success

Skills & Requirements

• Strong issue and risk mitigation skills with the ability to focus the team on problem solving to evaluate options and recommend optimal solutions
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing strategy, requirements and delivery of technology solutions that support the Customer Journey from ‘Lead to Cash’ and the full customer lifecycle managed by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Accounting teams
• Bachelor's Degree in management information systems, business administration or a related field required
• 3+ years of Experience with Master Data Management
• 3+ years hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and documentation including 3 or more of the following methods/artifacts: business process modeling, user story development, customer journey mapping, use case elaboration, flow diagrams, and/or business case creation
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions, marketing automation solutions such as Pardot and Sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft.
• 3+ years product management / product owner experience or similar experience leading strategy & requirements definition for custom, cloud and on-premise business technology projects
• Strategic approach with an orientation to detail and willingness to wear multiple hats and do whatever it take to deliver results with support from the team and leadership
• 3+ years Agile Software Delivery experience using methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of experience leading small to large size technical, operational and business projects, with varying complexity
• Strong business acumen and leadership presence
• Team oriented and the willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver quality results
