We are looking for a driven Medical Assistant to join our medical practice full-time in Orlando, FL.

Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the doctor, midlevel providers, and administrative staff in all aspects of patient care.

Duties/Responsibilities
Assuring accurate and timely collection and data entry of all required patient demographic, insurance information and verify patient insurance
Help patients pre-register via our website, upload those registrations and schedule new patient appointments
Register all incoming new patient referrals from referring offices and schedule new patient appointments
Work with Marketing Manager to address when a new provider refers patients
Enter EMR referring provider information in patient accounts- new and established
Assist with Check in and check out process
Schedule
4 day work week (Mon-Thurs)
Salary (range)
$17 /hr and up (depending on experience)
