Typical Total Compensation:
 $10/hour + Commissions, Bonuses, and Gratuities
 Following Training: Typically can add up to $16 - $19+ per hour
 4-6 Months after start: Typically can add up to $20 - $25+ per hour
 Approaching 1 year and beyond: Typically can add up to $26 - $30+ per hour

These are examples based upon actual, historical Waxer performance. How much you make is entirely up to you and your own performance/motivation.
