Job Description
Remuneration: $75k – dependent on experience.
Our company provides employee benefits such as health insurance, dental, life, and a 401K plan.
The Branch Manager oversees and directs all daily operations, including sales, shipping and receiving, billing, and manufacturing. Management of the branch begins with a top-down budget approach, with monthly financial statement reviews and accountability. People management responsibilities include hiring and ongoing training of team members, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems to ensure that all staff comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with management to establish annual sales budget.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Recommend measures to improve quality of service and increase efficiency and productivity of branch.
  • Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures to ensure that work is completed on time and done in a manner that meets customer expectations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels to maximize customer service and minimize slow-moving items.
  • Assist in staffing needs, including interviewing potential candidates and coordinating with temporary staffing services as needed.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and provide training to all new hires on company processes and procedures.
  • Mentor and coach the team and lead by example, enforcing and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure they are consistently being followed.
  • Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory controls and monitor inventory turnover.
Requirements
Minimum
  • Ability to resolve conflicts between workers.

  • Experience: Five years of relevant management experience.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority issues at the same time.
Preferred
  • Experience with lean methodologies.
  • Related experience in the fence or shutter industry.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite ERP system.
Salary Info
$32 - $36 / hr
