Job Description

Dalby, Wendland & Co. is seeking a part-time Office Assistant with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work a consistent schedule between 20-25 hours per week.


Compensation


Pay: From $24.00 per hour (based on experience)


Position Type: Part-Time Non-Exempt


In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems.


A Typical Day May Include


  • Running office errands
  • Collecting, processing and distributing office mail
  • Reception desk coverage during business hours; Answering telephone promptly and professionally; maintaining an organized and neat appearance of reception area; welcoming and monitoring visitor access to office and notifying staff of visitors presence; answering phones as back-up or overflow when not covering the front desk.
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as well as projects


You Will Have


  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
