Well established Home maintenance company seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Assistant Office Manager Details


  • Will be processing payments.
  • Will Keep detailed client records.
  • Scheduling clients
  • $ 20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Respond to emails and on-line booking requests in a timely manner
  • Good knowledge of the Denver Metro area
  • Oversee and mange entire office
  • Will be handling cash, checks, and invoices.
  • Customer oriented mindset, proven customer support experience
  • Direct Hire position
  • Strong phone contact handling skills with busy phones
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • Scheduling/Time off requests


Assistant Office Manager Qualifications


  • Dispatching experience is helpful
  • Experience with Word and Excel workbooks
  • Experience with Service Titan or House Call Pro is preferred but not required
  • Prefer applicant with short commute to North Denver suburbs.
