We are looking for a person to raise capital from a strategic investor.

Stock Traders Daily gets approximately 20,000 institutional investor leads per year. These are Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, RIAs, and C. Level Executives, who subscribe to us to receive our research.

Our research is distributed through Bloomberg Terminals, FactSet, Refinitiv, Reuters, Zacks, IB, and more. The biggest readers are Blackrock, Citadel, Invictus, Two Sigma, RenTech, etc..

Our lead flow has other areas of interest, such as debt, M&A, Private Equity, etc.

We are looking for a strategic Investor who brings an institutional product that we do not already have to the table for these institutional types.

Value proposition:

Google says the average CPL in the finance space is $555, so 20K is worth over $11M, and we get about 20K new ones per year, about 100 per day, consistently. We are offering 10% of Stock Traders Daily for $700K, and that includes access to our lead flow. The Strategic Investor will have the right to sell into this annual lead flow.
