Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cost Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cost analysis support to our sales and business development teams. You will also be responsible for analyzing geothermal projects and providing recommendations to management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Conduct cost analysis for geothermal projects and provide recommendations to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain cost models for geothermal projects
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide cost analysis support
• Provide support to the procurement team in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management
• Work closely with project managers to ensure cost targets are met

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of geothermal industry and project management
• 3+ years of experience in cost analysis, sales, business development, or geothermal projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
