Lovehoney is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and passionate individual for the National Accounts Manager position. This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, Americas Regions, and will be responsible for securing and building strong relationships with key accounts. Lovehoney is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and passionate individual for the National Accounts Manager position. This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, Americas Regions, and will be responsible for securing and building strong relationships with key accounts. This individual will contribute to the overall topline sales strategy and will work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team – including leadership.
Responsibilities
- Expand brand presence across online and offline channels and grow total revenue through dedicated marketing and sales activities
- Steer cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and operations team
- Manage respective retailer customers’ online channels to ensure all content, reviews and products are current
- Develop offers and growth concepts including ideation, business case assessment and operational implementation
- Oversee a dedicated account management budget and report key metrics to the management team
- Represent Lovehoney Group brands within industry organizations and at trade shows and events
- Prospect new opportunities and close new customers from initial contact to pitch presentation, offer creation, contract negotiation and operational onboarding
- Manage key accounts to strengthen existing customer relationships and build up long-term B2B partnerships with distributors as well as retailers
- Analyse key metrics and performance indicators to derive sales measures and regional initiatives
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Extremely well organized and accountable: To-do lists, Excel Sheets, Reports, CRM tools are part of your daily routine
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinker with a creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
- Proven experience breaking consumer products into new markets and large national accounts ideally in consumer goods industry (wellness,cosmetics, or lifestyle categories)
- Maintainsan elevated level of independence, and responsibility for achieving results
- Possess the love to persuade with convincing arguments, effective communication, and strong presentation skills
- Availability to travel throughout North America as needed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
