This role will be responsible for selling CitusHealth SaaS solutions within their assigned territory using direct and indirect channels and support the company’s mission of helping patients and care providers get and stay better connected to support better patient outcomes and better financial outcomes for providers. As a rapidly growing SaaS-based company for the past five years, Citus was recently acquired by ResMed Corporation (NYSE: RMD) adding financial strength and brand credibility to the organization.
CitusHealth is seeking a National Accounts Manager to build and manage revenue-generative responsibilities within their assigned territory for this fast-growing business. We are seeking an senior sales professional who is persuasive and able to build rapport with customers, is an aggressive individual that meets and exceeds sales goals, successful prospecting and closing business, and has proven success operating within both direct and indirect channels.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, manage pipeline (lead to close).
  • Capable of driving new business growth with independence leveraging proven sales strategies with strong tactical execution skills.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies and plans for assigned territory.
  • A strong understanding from a sales perspective of accounting, business, or healthcare solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Identify promising prospects working with our marketing team and SDRs, networking, and customer referrals experience.
  • Maintain current activity and accurate forecast information within sales management software.
  • Leverage both Citus partners and internal team members as needed to establish qualification/fit, develop business case and close new business.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25 - 30%.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in selling SaaS-based solutions selling into the post-acute healthcare markets (home health and hospice.)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • While this person will work remotely, the preferred location is either Eastern or Central time zone
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or a relevant field required
  • Successful experience selling into, home health and hospice markets required.
  • Working experience with sales and marketing automation systems to be able to successfully deliver pipeline and activity reporting. We are currently use Salesforce.
  • Self-starter, results driven, highly motivated, high energy, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Passionate about technology, a natural, credible evangelist, and experienced in translating that passion into business impact for customers.
  • Exceptional business consulting and communication skills with the ability to forge relationships, facilitate discussions and drive to resolution with both existing customers and prospects.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
Total Base Pay Range
96,000.00 - 120,000.00 - 144,000.00 USD Annual with generous, uncapped commission structure
