Job Description
Job Title: National Sales Manager, Sanuk
Reports to: Director of Sales, Emerging Brands
Location: US Remote
The Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, leadership, execution, and profitable growth of the Sanuk US WHSL business, especially within specialty retailers across the country, and as the voice of the Sanuk sales team, you will ensure that the commercial needs are shared cross-functionally with the brand and organization.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
  • 4. Collaborate cross functionally, especially with Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and Planning teams
  • 3. Build forecast plans to allow for healthy growth and a clean marketplace
  • 2. Create and execute both seasonal and annual strategic plans
  • 1. Lead and Manage the field sales team to drive US WHSL business profitably
Who You Are
You are a passionate self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to shift priorities as needed; with excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and communication.
We’d love to hear from people with
  • Proven track record of delivering results according to sales and financial plans
  • 7-10 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in the footwear space
  • Ability to see the overall picture of the sales process and assist with the day-to-day account needs
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Cultural understanding of the Brand
  • Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
  • Knowledge of current and future trends with the ability to guide and direct the business
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Proven track record in brand management and successful sales development

$120,000 - $135,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
