Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or 5 years’ relevant work experience.

Three to five years’ experience in system application development, design or management.

Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills.

Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software. (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Word).

Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, for business development and RFP responses.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience and knowledge of Medicaid programs, behavioral health services, claims data, including medical billing, coding and/or terminology.

Experience in basic statistics and data visualization including creating graphs charts and tables for reports.

Professional - has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or a related field

Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to provide supervision

At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder
