About the Role:

Job Title: Sr.Data Analyst

Day-to-Day:

• This person will primarily be responsible for supporting the enterprise data warehouse group.
• They will develop complex SQL scripts to help with integration and troubleshoot data related issues in a data warehouse setting, analyze integrated and extensive datasets to help answer business questions and solve data related issues
• They will be responsible for the upstream for the Medicare, Compliance and Reporting Analytics team, meaning they produce the data, profile the data, analyze the data and map the data from files to different sources.
• Apply senior level expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understands how customers interact with analytic products.
• If the data doesn't align, this resource is responsible for knowing how to fix it.
• Ascendion is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst / BSA to support a large healthcare organization.

Must Haves:

• 5 + years of experience with advanced SQL querying
• 5 + years of development experience as a Sr. Data Analyst / BSA / Data Engineer
• Experience with healthcare
• 2 + years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• 5 + years of experience with (RDBMS) - relational database management system
• 5 + years of experience with data modeling and data profiling

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
