Data Analyst Jobs

To support the continued growth of our enterprise, we’re seeking we are seeking an exempt-level Data Analyst to utilize a combination of analytical skills and techniques and statistical methods to assist business units across the organization in making effective decisions. The Data Analyst role will encompass many areas of analytical skills and statistical methods, including database structures, table building, reporting, data visualization, regression analysis and time series. You’ll also be expected to communicate their findings clearly and concisely to the business units. You’ll also be responsible for:

• Providing feedback and ideas regarding the future of the product database and other data structures supported by the Date Science team
• Identifying and recommending new research areas that should be pursued by the Data Science team
• Building and supporting data structures that can be leveraged by business units across the organization
• Completing ad-hoc analysis; including but not limited to Credit, Customer, Marketing and Product Research

We need a team player with professional level communication skills, and the ability to present data and ideas confidently. Ideally you will have a Bachelors’ degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Sciences, Marketing, Management, Business or a related discipline and 2+ years’ related business experience. In addition, we are looking for:

• The ability to work independently with limited supervision
• High level of analysis & problem-solving skills; analyzing problems and finding appropriate solutions on a daily basis
• A solid knowledge of a statistical or database coding language (i.e., R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• 2+ years’ statistical data analysis experience

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics. Because we value team building and collaboration, this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
