Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a Direct Hire position with a client located in Alden, IA. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Agricultural services industry and Proven SQL knowledge.

Pay Range: $85,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Project Scope:

On the lookout for a mid to senior-level Data Analyst to streamline client-expanding operations. This role centers around centralizing and consolidating the Cloud databases and applications, including Dynamics 365, AirTable, and SQL Database. By generating reports, this individual will help extract valuable insights from data. They will work closely with various internal teams, understand operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary data-driven solutions.

Data Analyst Responsibilities

• To collect, analyze and report data; to be responsible for data integrity; and to generate reports verifying and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to identify new datasets and turn that data into high-value business insights.

• Consolidate data from Dynamics, Microsoft Business Central, AirTable, and SQL Database, and create insightful reports.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and set up effective systems and processes.

• Generate actionable insights based on data analysis.

• Identify business needs and implement necessary solutions based on data insights.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience ** for top 1-3 (Mid to Senior Level)

• **Proven SQL knowledge.

• **Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience analyzing data and generating insights.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Dynamics 365) and PowerApps (PowerBI) is highly desired.

• Intermediate skills in presenting data-driven recommendations in simple and accessible formats.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with key stakeholders.

• Experience with the agricultural industry or farm management is preferred.

• Proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail.
