Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continual improvement of boarding processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant boarding process, including setting up new accounts, maintaining client databases, and conducting risk assessments.
• Provide top-notch customer service, resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure proper account setup and alignment with compliance standards.
