Previous experience in merchant services, banking, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; work experience plus high school diploma or some college considered

Maintain accurate data entry of new hire information into appropriate systems (ADP, Benefocus, Vendor Management System)

Interact with account managers, department heads, and various team leaders to ensure timely delivery of candidates

Provide multiple, daily status updates to Global Onboarding Manager

Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens

Initiate and monitor standard new hire paperwork (Form W-4, I-9, state-specific compliance forms etc.)

Verify and maintain all pertinent data fields within internal systems to ensure minimal back-office errors

Receipt, and data entry of clinician information via standardized processes.

Documents all activities and maintains integrity of databases (Smartsheet/ SilkRoad/ TeamWorks/ Verity/ OnBase/ Samanage).

Additional duties/reporting responsibilities as assigned by the Onboarding leadership.

Excellent computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office - Word, Excel,)

Advanced knowledge of and experience with Esri Technology including ArcGIS Enterprise and geospatial web services.

Applied knowledge of geospatial solution development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.

3 or more years of professional experience, preferably in the geospatial industry.

Must have some experience in the following applications and computing environments:

Coordinate with IT and Business to deploy hardware and software solutions in a production environment.

Develop and maintain ETL integrations using various technologies including but not limited to FME, Informatica, python and combinations thereof.
