Merchandising Operations Associate(m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Lead the Merchandise Operation function in NY office. Act as the key support to the Product team to drive calendar of entire product lifecycle

Works closely Global Merchandise Operation team in daily analysis and activities.

Collaborate with the Merchandising team and cross-functional departments in executing strategic plan for all Product categories

• Support the global Merchandising Operations team in operational implementation of solutions and improvements
• Handle special and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Develop relationships & organizational liaison between cross functional peers across Sourcing, Design, Product Development
• Review weekly business performance KPI’s.
• Own full end-to-end seasonal sample processes from order placement to delivery, processing, stocking and liquidating
• Ensuring a continuous update of the Sample Delivery Status by tracking changes.
• Ensuring a timely availability of samples by monitoring status and aligning with stakeholders involved in the process.
• Participate in the development of the database, tools, trackers and templates
• Support in the management of the seasonal Go-To-Market product calendar
• And Planning
• Manage System data entry and data maintenance of Purchase Orders
• Collaborate cross functionally to resolve exception and operational issues
• Coordinate and support administration duties relating to merchandising for the
• Analyse historical data and current trends to support merchandising reporting / analysis. Aid in report & dashboard creation.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong sense of urgency to drive deliverables and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong collaborator and communicator (written and verbal) that can act as the liaison between multiple cross-functional teams
• Bar-raiser. Constantly looking for ways to drive efficiencies and improve processes
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• 3+ years of experience in a process-driven, operational function, preferably in apparel industry
• Ability to work across different time zones
• Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds (USA, EU and ASIA)
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• System-savvy
• Analytical, and data-driven
• Strong Excel Skills (pivots, vlookups)
• Ability to travel overseas, 2-4x a year
• Assertive initiator. Solution-driven and hands-on problem-solver

Compensation Range ~$60-70K This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
