Based in our New York office, we are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing team. You will be motivated, personable and passionate about working with people and have a keen interest in the architecture and design industry.

As the business support consultant, you will be working on a diverse range of roles for the world’s best architecture and interior design firms whilst simultaneously working with talented and experienced candidates to navigate their next career step.

Helping our clients find the best talent in the market, you will recruit for roles in the areas of Human Resources, Administration & Operations, Marketing and Communications, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review applicants, interview candidates, provide summary notes and create job ads.
• Match top candidates looking for that next career challenge.
• Work on a diverse range of support roles in the architecture and interior design industries.
• Grow your network, nurturing your client & candidate relationships.

Skills and Experience:

• Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in-house training.
• Confident, influential with strong networking skills.
• Experience in the architecture and interior design industries with relevant qualifications required.
• Team focused with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting to a group of people.
• Detailed and organized.
• Target hitting & goal orientated.
• Proven relationship building & customer service skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000
