Medical Biller/Customer Service Rep- Fully Remote ($15.00 - $19.00 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Document and monitor call center interactions, communicating program information to various departments
• Troubleshoot website issues and enroll callers in benefits
• Educate callers on their benefits options and provide recommendations on their plans
• Monitor plan activity and identify any potential concerns or upcoming challenges
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic support under moderate supervision

Requirements

• Flexible and able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Located within 1 hour of select cities
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• 2 years of customer service and office environment experience
