- Document and monitor call center interactions, communicating program information to various departments
- Troubleshoot website issues and enroll callers in benefits
- Educate callers on their benefits options and provide recommendations on their plans
- Monitor plan activity and identify any potential concerns or upcoming challenges
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic support under moderate supervision
- Flexible and able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office
- Located within 1 hour of select cities
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 2 years of customer service and office environment experience
