• Participate in projects/teams as assigned to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes.
• Interprets FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws, rules, and regulations regarding import/export control certifications and licenses to ensure compliance.
• Utilize MRP systems, PeopleSoft financial system, Supplier Rating System, and expo portal applications to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Opportunity to develop and manage RFQ/RFP process, negotiate agreements, and manage/administer contracts for government and commercial programs.
• Evaluate root cause and corrective action with suppliers on late delivery performance to ensure timely delivery of critical path parts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through with work assignments to produce work of the highest quality.
• Excellent communication and written skills, negotiation and follow-up skills, and PC skills in MS office, with Word and Excel formats.
• Purchasing experience in various commodities preferred.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, and material management processes.
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience or a graduate degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience.

Additional Information

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $72,000 - $96,000.
