Marketing Specialist / Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist/Marketing Assistant to work 3-5 days/week on a contract-basis. Role is remote/work-from-home. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

-Lead packaging artwork process with both internal and external supplier partners

-Lead implementation of digital marketing assets

-Implementation of other marketing plan tactics as assigned

-Consumer promotions and couponing process owner

-Marketing budget management

-Consumer insight mining from existing sources; potential to own market research projects

-Own consumer ecommerce questions and reviews

-Assistance in creating retail customer sell-in decks with sales team

-Basic IRI data pulls as requested

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-1-3 years experience in CPG marketing with packaging execution a must

-Proven self-starter who takes initiative

-Acta an owner of project deliverables and deadlines

-Demonstrated problem-solving skills

-Highly organized with attention to detail

-Proactive, clear and concise communicator

-Fast and hungry learner

-Experience creating and managing a marketing budget

-Experience working with multi-functional teams

-Microsoft Office Suite Proficient (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint; Excel)

-Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce a plus

-Experience in shopper marketing and retail media networks a plus
